Game wallet transfers: moving 100 credits is not winning 100 credits
Moving money from a main wallet to a game wallet changes where it is held. It does not, by itself, increase the combined balance. Adding the transfer as a win would count money already present in the account.

A useful reconciliation follows both sides of the transfer and keeps any actual game award on a different row.
Use one currency and two balances
Assume a fictional account starts with 300 units in a main wallet and 0 in a separate game wallet. A confirmed 100-unit transfer leaves 200 in the main wallet and 100 in the game wallet. The total remains 300. There are no fees, conversion, bonuses or other movements.
The UK account-information standard provides a reference for keeping balances and transaction history accessible. It does not establish that a particular JILI interface has separate wallets or certify a local account. Our two-wallet structure is a teaching model.
Reconcile the transfer and the round separately

The completed game changed the combined balance by 8 − 20 = −12. Both transfers changed its location without changing the total. Recording the inbound transfer of 100 and the outbound transfer of 88 as awards would manufacture 188 units of winnings.
An in-transit state needs its own label
Two screens may refresh at different times. A debit can appear before the matching credit. That intermediate picture is not enough to conclude that the money disappeared, nor does it justify adding both old and new balances as if they were simultaneous.
Keep the transfer reference, amount, status and timestamps. Until both sides are confirmed, record an unresolved transfer rather than inserting an imagined game award to close the gap. Different currencies or transfer fees would require additional rows; they are intentionally absent from this example.
Use the correct record for the question
A round record explains the 20 stake and 8 award. A wallet record explains the transfer. One cannot replace the other merely because the amounts appear close in time.
For an existing discrepancy, ask which transfer and round references account for the change, and preserve the full history privately. No new wager is needed. The worksheet’s purpose is to identify money movements accurately, not to infer a payout from a balance animation.
