Conceptual slot-research desk with lamp and knight symbols and conflicting 50 and 10 labels
AI illustration of a documentation check, not a game screenshot. The Tagalog heading asks readers to check the line count; neither displayed number is marked correct.

If a slot’s product page gives two different payline counts, neither number is confirmed merely because it appears in the more prominent box. In our 4 October 2026 check, JILI’s pages for 3 Witch’s Lamp and King Arthur still contained conflicting counts. Record the disagreement, then check the rules of the exact version you are looking at.

This update to the Jili777 journal revisits those two examples from our earlier catalogue work. It is a check of public documentation, not a test of either game’s outcomes. We have not re-audited the entire 100-game collection for this update.

What the two product pages actually show

The links below lead directly to the developer’s pages. The field names matter: a number copied without its label conceals the reason the sources disagree.

Two English JILI product pages retrieved on 4 October 2026
Game and product IDSpecial FeaturesPaylines fieldConclusion from this page
3 Witch’s Lamp · 50550 lines10 linesThe published line count conflicts.
King Arthur · 2144×5 layout and 20 lines88 linesThe grid description does not resolve the line count.

The first page also mentions fifty paylines in its descriptive paragraph. That repetition does not make it a second independent source. Neither page explains the discrepancy or assigns the competing numbers to separate versions in the text we checked.

Evidence comparison: 3 Witch’s Lamp features 50 versus Paylines 10, King Arthur features 20 versus Paylines 88; actual counts remain unconfirmed
Illustrated summary of the two cited JILI pages. Tagalog headings mean game, feature section and Paylines field; the footer says to inspect the exact version’s rules. This does not identify either game’s actual active-line count.

A mismatch is not proof of how the game pays

It is tempting to treat the dedicated Paylines field as authoritative, or to assume the feature paragraph is newer. The pages do not provide enough evidence for either choice. A typing mistake, stale marketing text or a version difference could explain a mismatch, but those remain possibilities, not findings.

Do not turn the discrepancy into a claim that a game is unfair. We inspected public descriptions, not the software, probability model or operator configuration. Likewise, do not assign a clean ten-line, twenty-line or fifty-line comparison category simply to make a table easier to sort.

Our existing 3 Witch’s Lamp profile and King Arthur profile keep a source-conflict label. Their research scores concern documentation coverage, as explained in our review method; they do not estimate the likelihood of a win.

Twenty positions do not mean twenty paylines

A 4×5 rectangle contains twenty symbol positions. A payline is a defined path through positions, so counting cells does not count paths. On a hypothetical board with five reels and four rows, one rule could use only a horizontal path; another could define several horizontal and zigzag paths on the very same board. The artwork would still contain twenty cells.

This example explains why the layout wording cannot settle King Arthur’s disagreement. It does not describe that game’s actual payline map. Nor does a larger number of lines, by itself, tell you the probability of an award. For the difference between paths, ways and adjacent groups, use the payout-structure guide.

A useful record before you choose a number

Start with the full title and developer. A familiar name alone is not enough; our note on JILI games with names shared by other studios shows why that matters. Keep the product ID from the developer page with the title.

  1. Save both statements. Note the page URL, date, field label and number. Keep the disagreement visible instead of replacing one value with your preferred answer.
  2. Read the exact version’s help. Look for its evaluation direction, payline map, number of active lines and whether any feature changes the board. Do not assume that a larger-looking feature screen adds paying lines.
  3. Match the scope. A rule for a bonus round may not describe the base game. A fixed-line game may not let the player select individual lines at all. Read the total stake as displayed rather than deriving a price from an unresolved count.
  4. Leave the result unresolved if necessary. If the help is unavailable, ambiguous or describes a different version, stop short of assigning a verified number. A matching explanation from the developer or provider of that version would be useful further evidence.

A practical note might read: “Product 505; public fields disagree; current game rules not inspected; actual active-line count unconfirmed.” It is a more useful record than “50 lines, probably” because the next person can see exactly what still needs checking. There is no need to deposit or make a paid spin just to fill a research field.

What this update establishes

The two previously identified public-source conflicts were still present when we retrieved the English product pages on 4 October 2026. We saved the source text and kept the actual game configurations unverified. This article adds a side-by-side evidence record, separates grid size from line count, and gives a way to document the unresolved question. It does not change the collection’s game scores or announce a developer correction.
